Founded in 2023, The Union Production Coalition of Arizona (UPCAZ) connects, unifies, and advocates for union members in Arizona’s entertainment industry. Our goal is to strengthen Arizona’s union production workforce by enhancing communication among unions and ensuring members have essential industry information. UPCAZ provides access to production jobs and organizing strategies. We promote calls to action for incentives and legislative initiatives that bolster film, commercial, and multimedia production that will foster a sustainable production economy.
